About

We're located between the City and Lyttelton and our garden is well established. Our members are friendly and welcoming, creating a vibrant and open community. In our garden, we have espaliered fruit trees, raised beds for growing veggies, and berry-bushes. We also have a little greenhouse and a chicken-run with happy chooks. Besides growing our own produce, we're committed to helping grow a stronger community, broaden friendships, and have a great time doing so.

This community garden offers
  • Shared harvest and planting.
  • Independent plots & allotments.
  • Educational resources.
  • School & learning programs.
  • Food pantry or pātaka
  • Workshops
  • Cooking classes
  • Food forests
