About

We have a food forest, fruit trees, a walnut tree, heaps of currants, gooseberries and some new raspberry bushes. Not to mention, we also grow vegetables. Our goal is simple - to feed our families. Any extra food we have, we share with the community and the Parish, who own the land where our garden is.

Saturday mornings, earlier in the summer, before the heat of the day for the bulk of work and harvest.
Harvesting Rules
Our garden is open 24/7, so many locals help themselves, which is sad, as they do no work themselves...
Do you hold any programmes or workshops?
A local kindergarten and an organisation catering for disabled people have had beds. But many of the local schools/kindergartens have their own gardens

Paths are wide enough for wheelchair and mobility scooter users

Toilets on site are wheelchair friendly.

Tools suited for people with disabilities, such as long-handled tools, are available.
Sensory garden
Garden contains different textures and scents to cater for those with sensory impairments.
Signage
Paths, beds, and other areas in the garden have large, easy-to-read signs.
